What type of payment do you accept?
We currently accept the following forms of payment: 

Visa, Mastercard, Discover
e-Checking
(through a secured processor called Authorize.net)
PayPal
Personal or business checks or money orders
(Note: PLEASE read the information below.  Your personal information is NOT stored when filing out the online form to print off & send into us)

Note: If you pay by check your account will not be activated until the check is deposited and has been appropriately cleared by our bank.

You will be notified via email that your account has been activated.  If you do not receive the notification in your inbox, please check your spam and/or bulk email folders.  If you are using a corporate email address, corporations may block email from unknown senders.  You may need to contact your IT department to verify that the institution who houses your email has not blocked it from coming in.  Another solution would be to give us a personal email address.   Thank you!

What address do I enter for the billing information?
You will need to enter the address as it appears on your credit card billing statement.

Why is my credit card not accepted?
If we are unable to process the transaction, your card may have expired or reached its limit. Also, please confirm that you entered the correct credit card number and billing address.

Is there sales tax?
If you are outside of the state of Texas, there is no tax at this time.

Do I receive a reciept? 
Yes.  Your receipt will be emailed to you once your order has been completed.  If you did not receive a receipt, please check to see if your email server placed it in your "bulk" or "spam" folder.  If the receipt is not in either of those places, please double check that your email address listed on your account is correct.

If purchasing a subscription outside of the U.S., what will I be charged for international transactions?
The subscription prices are in U.S. dollars. Your bank or credit card will be charged the annual subscription price(s) that will reflect U.S. Dollars.

If I purchase additional subscriptions later, will I get them at the reduced rate?
You only receive discounts for purchasing multiple newsletter subscriptions at a time on one transaction. For example, if you currently subscribe to one newsletter, you will receive a discount for purchasing three newsletters if you purchase the three remaining newsletters at the same time.

Do I receive benefits for referring others to subscribe to Pharmacology Weekly?
Yes.  Upon subscribing you will receive a customer identification code or "rewards number".  Please make note of this code that was emailed to you on your invoice.  For each referral you make who subscribes and correctly enters in your customer identification code, you will receive a one month extension on all active newsletter subscriptions that you are subscribed to at the time of the referral.  Referrals may accumulate up to a maximum extension of 3 years (36 months) at any one time. What is your refund policy?
Upon subscribing to Pharmacology Weekly, you will receive immediate access to the archived newsletters and podcasts; therefore, all sales are final.

Can I cancel my order?
All sales are final upon processing and issuing receipts of purchase. Upon subscribing to Pharmacology Weekly, you will receive immediate access to the archived newsletters and podcasts; therefore, all sales are final.

I have now subscribed, when can I expect to receive my first newsletter? 
You can login now to view any archived newsletters associated with your purchased newsletter subscription. You will receive your first newsletter on the next release of your weekly newsletter. Our weekly schedule for sending emails is as follows: Pharmacotherapy-Monday, Natural Medicines-Thursday, Drug Interactions-Tuesday. If you subscribe to Pharmacogenetics you will receive your first newsletter on the first (Wednesday) of the month. Again, you can view this weeks/months newsletter as well as all previous newsletters in our newsletter archive pages.

How can I change my email address associated with my Pharmacology Weekly account?
Log in to your Pharmacology Weekly account and you will be brought too your "My Account" page. Click on the "Change your Email Address" link. In the "Email Address" field enter the new email address that you would like to use and then enter it again in the "Confirm Email Address" field. Enter the password for your account and then click the "Save Email Address" button.
