How do I get my certificate for the CE?
Follow these steps:
- Verify your computer has at minimum, Adobe Reader. You will need to view and print off your CE certificate. If you do not have Adobe Reader, you can obtain a free version from: http://get.adobe.com/reader/
- Click on either the newsletter or the CE section of website, log into your account.
- Towards the bottom of the page you will need to choose which accreditation type you want listed on the certificate (i.e. AACME).
- At the bottom of page click redeem certificate button.
- Verify that you want to create your certificate for available CE credits completed to date (once this is done you cannot undo it).
- A PDF version of your certificate should open up to where you can print off the certificate.
Can I choose which accrediting organization I want on my CE certificate?
Yes. Prior to "Redeeming your certificate" you will need to identify which accreditation (i.e., AACME) you desire to have listed on your CE certificate.
Can I obtain a CE certificate with more than one accrediting organization?
No. You can only choose one accreditation type (i.e., AACME) for the number of hours accumulated to that date. Once you have redeemed those hours earned and generated your certificate, you cannot reverse that process. You will however be able to continue taking CE tests for other newsletters and then redeem those additional CE hours under a different accreditation agency if you want.
Can I obtain my CE at any time for the amount of CE that I have earned?
Yes. This is the convenience of our online CE Center. You can redeem the number of hours earned to that date. It has been designed to allow you to do as many CE tests as you need and want while also giving you the ability to immediately obtain them online without waiting.
If I have lost my CE certificate, can I get another copy?
Yes. You simply log into your account and go to the continuing education center, and you can see all previously redeemed certificates in PDF format. You can then immediately print another copy from there without waiting.

You simply log into your account and go to the continuing education center, and you can see all previously redeemed certificates in PDF format. You can then immediately print another copy from there without waiting.
When must I get my certificate for my CE?
You must redeem the CE hours you have earned on or before the expiration of your account. Renewing your subscriptions will continue to give you access to your earned CE for redeeming at a later time.
Do my earned CE hours ever expire?
Yes. They can only be redeemed from our online CE within a year of the subscription.
