Pharmacology Weekly is not only committed to providing you the answers to important patient care questions in an affordable, concise and convenient format, but want to extend that same approach to getting your necessary continuing education hours needed for licensure.
Pharmacology Weekly is supported only by fees generated from subscriptions and does not accept any outside grant support or form of advertising from a company or organization that would be perceived as a conflict of interest (e.g., pharmaceutical, medical device or laboratory company) or whose mission and/or goals conflict with ours in any way. We are currently accredited by the American Academy of Continuing Medical Education (AACME) to provide AACME category 1 CE for all 4 of newsletter subscriptions. We are also in the process of seeking additional accreditations which we hope to offer in the near future.
AMERICAN ACADEMY OF CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION (AACME):
We chose to seek accreditation by AACME because of their high quality standards that are internationally recognized. Specifically, AACME accredits most medical conferences offered by the World Health Organization (WHO), Ministries of Public Health and medical authorities in 96 countries, over 6,500 annual conventions, symposiums, enduring materials and seminars by Medical Associations and Specialty Societies, Hospitals, Medical Schools in the United States, Europe, Africa, Far East, Latin America and the Middle East ensuring conformity with the AACME Accreditation Standards and Policies.
