Outlook Express

1. In Outlook Express click "Tools".
2. Click "Options". 
3. Once in "Options" click on the "Security" tab.
4. Under the "Download Images" section, uncheck the box "Unlock images and other external content in HTML e-mail.". 
5. Click "OK" to save changes.
