What are good online pharmacogenetic resources that clinicians should be aware of?
Pharmacogenetics is an emerging field of medicine and that is making its way into clinical practice for a number of medications. As such it is important to not only have a good understanding of pharmacogenetic principles in drug therapy but to also be able to find needed information efficiently. While Pharmacology Weekly's Pharmacogenetics Newsletter provides the clinician with easy to understand scientific explanations for applying pharmacogenetic principles into clinical practice, we do recommend the below online resources if the clinician is in need of other independent, unbiased resources for additional details related to genetics.
